During my Junior year at Purdue, I had the honor of being named, Big Man on Campus. Big Man on Campus originated from an annual philanthropic event created by Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority. The philanthropy is designed to raise money and awareness to help find a cure for Breast Cancer.

This experience was one of the most exhilarating and fulfilling moments of my life. I like to say that it was the beginning of my emancipation. From then on, I was convinced that with God, and a hard work ethic, nothing is impossible.
