September 11, 2001 arguably impacted everyone who was alive and old enough to witness and understand the events that unfolded on that day. Even now, over a decade later, it is important to never forget the 3,000 people who lost their lives.
Edna Stephens was one of the many killed in the Pentagon on 9/11. Last summer, I had the opportunity to visit the Memorial Museum at the World Trade Center Site. In the midst of such grief and sadness, there was solace in knowing that those lost on that day will never be forgotten.
