Law Students for Corrective Justice (LSCJ) was created for law students around the world who are passionate about advocating for corrective justice whether it be in regards, to race, sex, religion, sexual orientation, or any other categorical groups who experience oppression and/or inadequate treatment from the justice system. By corrective justice we mean putting in the effort to change the justice system to make it more effective for everyone, regardless of social or economic class.
The goal is to let the world know what we believe in; what we stand for.
We want to use our legal knowledge attained while in law school to not only help to implement new policies to remedy these issues, but also to educate those around us who may not be aware of their civil rights as a human being.
Knowledge is power. It’s up to us to ensure that we use it for the betterment of the society in which we live.
